Innovation of machinery in the industrialization of corn with electromagnetic induction.
The purpose of this project is to improve the heating system of nixtamal (paila), tortilla and corn toast production machines that, for 13 years and currently use LP carburetion of air and gas, the innovation of these machines it will be done with an electromagnetic induction system, powered by solar panels, where through an induction coil, the iron atoms present in the heating structures of the machines will be excited, transferring the heat to the cooking water of the nixtamalization, to the comals of the tortilla machine and the dehydrating machine of tortillas and the oil contained in the frying machine.
Description
With this innovation, it is intended to reduce the production costs of corn products (given the constant increases in PL gas prices) and begin to align the corn industry in the production chains that contribute to the conservation of the environment by reducing its carbon footprint by the decrease or elimination of fossil fuel use.
